Her full name reads Briana Justine Cuoco, and yes, she is the sister of Kaley Cuoco. Briana was born on November 29, 1988, which makes her three years younger than The Big Bang Theory actress.
She is of Italian, English, and German descent; from both sides of the family. Her mother is a homemaker while her father is a realtor.
Aside from acting, Briana is a dancer and a choreographer. She was the one who choreographed three flash mob routines for The Big Bang Theory.

So what is Briana Cuoco's role in Dead Boy Detectives?
Briana plays Jenny Green, otherwise known as Jenny the Butcher. The role is a major character in the series, who serves as the owner of a butcher shop called Tongue & Tail.
Her character is also the landlord of Crystal Palace (played by Kassius Nelson) and Niko (played by Yuyu Kitamura).
Netflix has described her character as being fairly patient about the antics of the two girls. But as far as her personal and professional business, she wants the two to stay far from it.

Where You've Seen Her Before
You might have recognized Briana Cuoco from a few TV shows. Her acting career started in 2001 when she starred as Nikki in an episode of The Nightmare Room.
She also had a role in two of her sister's shows, The Big Bang Theory and The Flight Attendant. In The Big Bang Theory, Briana played Gretchen in an episode for season 6, who was the fiancée of Penny's ex.
Meanwhile, in The Flight Attendant, Briana had a recurring role in the show as Cecilia.
Briana also voiced several characters in the adult animation series, Harley Quinn.
She was also a contestant on The Voice.
